WD for ABAP: Drag and Drop: DropTarget UI element doesn't work

Hi,

I create an application with Web Dynpro for ABAP with Drag and Drop for UI elements.

But the DropTarget element doesn't work, that means there is no change of the look of cursor, when I position the ghost image on the DropTarget UI element.

Furthermore there is a warning after activating the Web Dynpro component with the content: "The view element DRAGSOURCEINFO/DROPTARGETINFO only is supported by lightspeed."

Does anybody know something about the problem with the DropTaget element or about this warning?

What is lightspeed?

Not sure but check if Microsifts Silver light runtime is not installed ...

just check after you have the runtime in place ...it might start working.

What version of SAP BASIS are you ensure , drag & drop is only supported starting from Enhancement Pack releases.

Hi,

I don't understand why drop traget UI element is not working for you. It is working fine for me. I would suggest that you should refer the standard component : WDR_TEST_DRAG_AND_DROP .
