MS Word : Disk Full error.

Hi All,

We user Record and Case Management module here. I use Microsfot Word template to store the document for a case. The docuemnts are getting stored in Server. When I save the Microsfot Word Document, it gives an error, "The disk is full. Try to save in another disk".

Kindly help me on how to solve the issue. Also suggest me how we can find out that which server the document is getting stored.

Pls check Note 1013391 and 309526

To create diskspace you can increase the filesystem or delete old archivelog files.
