settelment of shipment cost to invoice (F2)

Hi Gurus,

I have a n issue, I want to add transportation cost in billing doc. i.e The shipment cost calculated in VI01 doc , I want to add that cost to my invoice. So i can charge that transportation cost to my customer through invoice.

Please help.

Hi Dev,

As you said you want to charge transportation/freight charge through invoice, so in that case, before you create billing document you can maintain your freight condition in VK11 OR you can write Z-Program(User Exit) also, to get it maintained automatically while saving VI01. So now you have your rate of freighr charge maintained as a condition record.

Now in copying control for Billing document you can keep Pricing Type "H" that's "Redetermine freight conditions" So in your Billing Document you will get your frieght charges automatically..
