hi,
Use t-code C201 to create master recipe and to insert phases refer the following link,

Control recipe:
Control recipes are created in the process order. You can create control recipes for,
1.The entire process order
2.individual destinations assigned to the process order.
PI sheet:
On the operation overview, select the phases for which you want to simulate the PI sheet.
1.Choose .
2.Maintain the PI sheet as a test.
You can assign the PI sheet in process order also.
You define control recipe destinations in Customizing for Process Management by choosing Control Recipes/PI Sheets -> Define and Set Up Control Recipe Destinations.

To maintain PI sheet use t-code CO58.
CO60 is used to maintain the pi sheet during order processing .
Define PI categories for R/3 PI sheet using PI assistant (O12C).
create characteristics in CT04.
Assign the characteristics to PI categories in O12C.
While creating master recipe assign the PI instrn. categories you want to use
assign the pi categories to control recipe destinations
configuration :
1.spro: PP-PI > process management-> control recipe /pi sheet --> Define $ setup control recipe destinations (O10c)
2.define variant : spro > PP-PI > process management> control recipe/pi sheet> selection variant for pi sheet> define selection variants for Pi sheet (SE38)
3.assign selection variant for Pi sheet through spro.

Hi,
To create PI Sheet you need to configure below prerequisites,
- Create Process Massage Characteristic (T.Code CT04)
- Create Control Recipe Destination (T.Code O10C)
- Create Process Massage Category (T.Code O13C)
- Create Process Instruction Category (T.Code O12C)
Once maintaining the above all you have use Control Recipe Destination and Process Instruction Category in your Master Recipe (C201).
