is it possible to use different profit center in sales order....from wht is mentioned in material master

Hi,

For particular criteria yes we can trigger different profit center in sales order other then the specified in Material Master...e.g for division lets say 01 you want to trigger different profit center...Then in this case you will have to maintain substituition rule in customizing...

Try using T code 0KEM.
