Solved: SAP Faxing ECC 6.0

Hi all

Please excuse if i sound stupid but i am still a newbie LOL

I want to configure sap Faxing for PO`s only

We are signed up with a email to fax provider

I want to use SAP smtp mechanism to attach the generated PO as pdf to the mail then mail it off and get sent to the fax number.

Q1) What configs do i have to check in SAP to see if they are already configured.....or not

Q2) Can anyone explain to me the underlying workings of how this whole process works

Q3) What are the steps that needs to be taken to complete this config and test it
