HI,

My client having3 comp code,so 3 sales organisation.But under one sales organization again there is another 4 Sub sales organisation.Domestic sales are plant/depot to direct customer/dealer/institution/yender sale of 15 product.Export sales are Direct/CHA agent.

So please give me solution how sales org,distb channel,divs can be Map.

Dear Rajesh,

You can do like this,

You can define 2 sales organisations for each company code.

1.Domestic sales organisation.

2.Export sales organisation.

That means you can define 6 sales organisations for 3 company codes.

You can define these distribution channels.

1.Direct customer

2.Dealers

3.Institutional

4.CHA agent.

Now you can assign your distribution channels to your sales organisations like this

For Domestic sales

1.Domestic sales organisation+Direct customers

2.Domestic sales organisation+Dealers

3.Domestic sales organisation+Institutional

For export sales

1.Export sales organisation+Direct customer

2.Export sales organisation+CHA agent.

For 3 company codes define 3 sales organisations

Now create the following distribution channels

1) Direct sales to customer

2) export sales

3)dealer sales

4)institutional sales

5)CHA sales

what i feel is there is no need to go for exports as separate sales organisation

u ghave to convine u r client regarding the organisation structure

Hi Rajesh,As per your requirement,actively you said yours comp having 3 sales org and under each sales org having sub sales org,so that here u can give me some clear information,means for what purposes established SUB Sales org,based upon they give to anybody help to you.I think you know for sales area point only one sales orgdcdivsion.you can elaborate the thread.
