Can't download SAPgui via download mgr

I have setup the Download Mgr as per instructions, have the SAPgui 7.10 queued up to download, but everytime i launch the download, it consistenly fails with an error 400.

the download window tells me its redirected to: websmp109.sap-aq.de

yet i cannot connect. in my View -> Download Configuration, the address is:

http://service.sap.com

and then my login and p/w.

It finds my requested download, just can pull it down.

any ideas?

Hi

"fails with an error 400" indicates that you donot have download authorizaitons to download from service market place,use another id or contact SAP for more information

Hi,

This is due to a authorization problem with your S-userid on SAP marketplace. Ask your SAP administrator (Super admin of SAP Marketplace) to give you download authorizations.

Once given you are good to go.
