PI 7.1 components fail self test after SP7 application

Hello: We installed P I (7.1) SP 6 successfully on sandbox and recently applied SP7.

While performing readiness check, any test step related to "cache connectivity test" is failing.

I am using the following Document: "Readiness Check - A compilation of simple and advanced checks for Process Integration 7.1 (PI 7.1) ver 1" document.

Also in the RWB, Business process engine and Adapter engine status shows RED.

Attempted to work thru notes 764176, 1117249 but still facing issue with Cache connectivity test.

Any one having problems with SP7. Help on resolving this issue is appreciated.

Hi Srinivas ,

The funda behind this failing is that the user (not dialog but system user XIDIRUSER) that is responsible for doing the cache refresh is getting locked or has less authorizations.
