Direct Material in SC not working properly

Hi,

I am working on SRM 5.0 classic scenario where follow on documents are PR only .

If I selct Material/Product in Shopping cart and Not click on 'Order As direct Material' than shopping cart created with account assignment and follow on document as PR created but its working for Certain combination of Material & Comapny code .

If I opt diffrent company Code and Material and Order my shoping cart without clicking on Order As Direct Material than after approval my SC no follow on document created .

In SC Status check /BBP_PD it's showing SC approved status :-I1129 Approved

There is no document in RZ20 mean no Transmission error ...

Can anyone have encountered these kind of issue ?

Try to create a PO ECC directly with the troublesome company code and material group. This way we can isolate the issue to a system.

Hi

The PR would create for your SC since your settings in SPRO. Define object for backend system (PR,Reservation)..configuration.

For eg If you order as a Direct , it would create a local PO.

i could under stand your follow on document is not yet created.

did you receive any warning message while creating that sc.

Check any logs in Application monitor, sm58, sm12 ,,,
