Hi,

The client having 3 multiple company.The sale is done 2 types that is Domestic& Export Sales.So please give how I can Prepare sales organization,distb chhanel& division.

Is it three company or company codes?

Most propably your FI person will map this with three company codes only

Then you need minimum three sales organizations Because

Sales orgs are uniquely assigned to company codes

If you create one sales org then you cant assign it all the three company codes

Hence Three sales orgs are must

But your FI consultant maps it with one company code then one sales org is sufficient

(But i doubt whether he will go with one company code)

Best mapping should be

1. Three company codes

2. Three sales orgs

3. Two distribution channels (domestic sales and export sales)

4. One division

Division is based on the product line So it depends upon the group of the products

Even if you handle different group of the products all can be put under one division

Hi Rajesh

You can go with Two Sales orgn's (Domestic & Export) and maintain same dist channels and divisions for different sales orgns
