Unable to change PO - System status ITRE is active (PO xxxx)

Hi all,

We are unable to change a PO. We receive the system error "System status ITRE is active". What does that mean? The status of the PO is "Ordered".

The solution was to reprocess the PO using FM bbp_pd_po_exec.

Hi Anders,

'ITRE' status means that the PO still has status I1080 - "In Transfer to Execution Syst." in SRM.

Please check note 1090580 for additional information.

Hi

The order that we have in our account assignment does not have the status TECO which the note relates to.

Why do I receive the error message?

The PO has not been replicated to back-end even though status is "ordered".

Hi

Please execute the FM BBP_PD_PO_TRANSFER_EXEC with PO header GUID.

Check in backend R3 whether the PO has been transfered.

Also check Tx RZ20-EBP application monitor - purchase order for any backend application errors.
