Goods Confirmation completed but PO not created in R/3 --- Classic scenario

Dear friends,

I need your help in the following issue

Ours is simple Classic scenario

We have created Shopping cart it got approved and got created. When we tried to do Goods confirmation , the confirmation number got created but PO in R3 had not created

We did the following analysis

1.The status of goods confirmation is still in " Awaiting Approval"

2. We checked for IDOC failures both in back end (R/3) and SRM GU1. there is no failure

3. We checked for any entry in table "BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB" and could not see any entry

4. Checked for Application monitoring for any Goods receipt related errors for this PO. But could not get any details

5. Checked the goods confirmation for details like PO excess qty , posting date etc.., but seems to be OK

Could some one help me to fix the issue?

Confirmation needs to be approved before it posts an IDOC and GR in R/3. It is the issue with workflow. Make sure that workflow is configured.

Yes confirmation in SRM system have to approve first. Once the approval process over GR will be

created in backend system.

Check the Purchase order status of the SC.

if the problem occurs please check in RZ20 for Confirmation errors also check inbound and outbound

idoc's of confirmaitons in SRM and ECC
