F4 Help (list)

Hi all,

i'm in VF01, to create a billing document...

I would like a technical information...

In "Billing type" field, if i do F4 help, i have a list of possible document types...

I can only see description, but i can't see the code...

For instance i see Credit Memo, but not the code "G2"..

How can i see, when i do F4, codedescrption (G2Credit Memo)...

HI,

In the SAP screen menu bar, click on the button Customizing of local layout.

Then select Options.

Then click on the Expert tab. There you can find Control, under which you need to check both the boxes (Show keys in dropdown lists and Sort items by key). Then click on the apply and OK button at the bottom. This will display keys on all the drop down lists.
