Runtime Errors = MESSAGE_TYPE_UNKNOWN

Hi Gurus,

Good day!

I would like to seek your assistance regarding on Runtime Errors = MESSAGE_TYPE_UNKNOWN ABAP DUMP. It happened when I try to export data from SAP to an Excel file however when I tried to logged on to other computer with the same procedure and it worked fine.

Please advise. Appreciate your help. Thanks.

Hi Virgilio,

What ITS service are you calling when getting "Runtime Errors = MESSAGE_TYPE_UNKNOWN"

Are the tests identical on Workstation A v's Workstation B?

Do both have the exact same OS, Browser Specifications?

The download and upload functionality of the SAPgui for HTML (WEBGUI)

requires a Java Virtual Machine. Use the following link to check your version:
