Product Category - Error

Hi All,

When i am trying to create shopping cart by noncatalog (Describe Requirement),am unable to see product categories.System is throwing error no values for selection.

For the specific user under responsibility tab * asterisk mark was given.

Kindly suggest a solution.

Hi Naveen,

Did you maintained the Product Categories under Extended attributes Tab page for the User.

If not then maintain the same it will appear while selecting the same in Shopping Cart. Or if you have maintain the entries then please check that the Deactivate check box is not marked for all product categories. Hope this helps.
