SMD Agent Issue

Hi,

I've installed the SMD agent on my satellite systems, however the solutions do not show up under Managed Sytems on the SMD link.

I get the foll. error message:

No landscape element has been found. There might be none or you are not authorized to see any of them.

I don't think its an authoriztion issue , since I'm using an Id with all authorizations.

Pls. help.

Hi,

Did you run, Diagnostics Setup Wizard?

http://<server:port>/smd

--> Diagnostics Setup --> Diagnostics System --> Setup Wizard

After this you you can run Managed System Wizard.

Hope this helps.

Feel free to revert back.

Thank you so much for your reply...

I've already run the wizard successfully...

however when I go to Diagnostic Setup-->Monitord Setup I get the following message:

Landscape DB is empty. Please make sure you have succesfully published solution(s) from Solution Manager, and use "Refresh" button on this page.
