Shopping cart created on a date

Hi all,

We have an issue. An error has occured with the workflow. So any shopping cart which was created on a particular date or any action taken on that particular date is falling into error. So we are re-triggering it after which it goes fine.

So is there anyway to find out the shopping carts which were created on a Particular date

with the specified guid we can also look into the table CRMD_ORDERADM_H.there we can have shopping cart creation date

You can use Monitor Shopping Cart Transaction. And then you can select the status you need to retreive the shopping carts with that status.
