Quoatation to Order

Dear all,

I searched all Threads in forum..but i didnt get my req.

in my Quotation i enter the Sold to party and Material...when i copied inot sales order Sold to party and Material is in Display mode.

But, my requirement is i need to change the Line item in SO.

You can change the item quantity but not the material code itself when you create a sale order referencing the preceding document (quotation). Standard routines will not work for you. You have to write this logic in the routine to achieve the requirement.

i changed all option in VTAA,but it is not reaching my requirement.i decided to make some routine to my requirment.

In the copy control (VTAA), at Header level, de-activate the field "Complete reference".

When creating the Sales order with reference to the Quotation, click on the "Item selection" button in the dialog box. Here you can make the changes in quantity,date, you may choose not to refer few items etc.

Change the copy controls between QT and OR (VTAA -T code) in header details Copying requirements should be 2- Header-diff.customer.

Pls Try and revert back if not succeed.
