Rebate amount can't update after p-code is changed on sales order.

Hello All,

We have a Rebate Condition 14% (Cust /P-code Rebate) in Sale Order with default product code 100 for the material XXXXX.When we change the product code for the respective item to 200 the rebate condition is not getting reflected in the Sales Order to 0% from 14%,even though we have run the update in the condition update in the Sales Order.It remains same as 14% in the SO.But when we try to do the billing it is showing as 0%(its correct).

Note: In the Material Master the Product code is 100 only.

We have thouroughly analysed the issue, but failed to arrive to the cause/solution.Customer is saying it worked before the new release, after that it is not working.We have checked with the release team regarding this.There were no changes happend related to this functionality (even there is no chance to effect this with the other changes)

Please help me in resolving this issue.

Hi,

Put requirement type 25 in pricing in front of rebate conduction although it will not come in sales order but by this it will come in billing check this

Hi Sageer,

Thanks for the reply.But the changed rebate condition amount is updating correctly in the billing document while we create to 0% (it is correct ,ince the new P-Code is having the 0% amount).But it is not getting updated in Sales Order.This was happening before november 2008.Later on it is not updating with the new condition amount with the changed P-Code in the sales order.
