Q: SPELL_AMOUNT Function Module gives the output in Billions and Millions. But requrment is to get the amount spelling in Crores and Lakhs (Indian Description). What to do..?

Note: 'HR_IN_CHG_INR_WRDS' Function Module is giving the output in Crores and Lakhs, but restricting the value to maximum 99 Crores.

Hi Sujit,

In FM pass currency = 'INR'.

Then it will work.

Try copying HR_IN_CHG_INR_WRDS into a Z function module and modify a little bit.

I rememeber we doing this sometime back for a similar requirement.

i think that is final amount to spell the FM,

if Try this program , this is also spell in Billions and Millions
