In Warranty.....there would be a notification/order for supply spares and service created in CRM and WBS is assigned to it as it is done in Sales order. When delivery is done the cost is reflected on WBS.
Which would help to monitor the cost.

In ps configuration....whether is their any integration with CRM...
CRM is integrated to Customer Service
TRhere is no specifi integration to PS other than if the service order is assigned to a WBS for oveall project cost/ analysis, budgeting
Usually for service contracts this would be used as an option as WBS is the best cost collector in SAP system
There is no configuration requirement.
