BS - Import issue

Hi all -

I am using a R/3 BS in existing scenario (R/3-file). Now there is a change in that BS in SLD which is not affecting the existing scenario but that change is required for the new scenario (file-R/3).

Can you please suggest the preferred method 1. delete the BS in ID under "service w/o party" and then assign? if so is there any impact on the existing scenario

2. is there any way I can make available the change of BS in ID?

Your help in this issue is greately appreciated.

Hi Rama,

Refresh the SLD Cache. I think it will solve your problem.

Go to Directory->Tools->Clear SLD Cache

Directory->Environment->Clear SLD Data Cache

Another way is -go to SXI_CACHE / Goto - Business System -> delete the content

Hi all,

Thank you for the response. With SLD_CACHE, BS is still not available to import to SLD.

I added Logical System to BS in SLD, and now it's not available in Adapter-Specific Identifiers.

Please suggest how I can reflect this change in SLD.

Hi,

Go to ID, Environment -> Clear SlD data cache.

Now, go to adapter specific identifiers, and select the "compare with sld" button.

Hi,

I did the SLD Cache refresh in ID.

But I am not able to see the "compare with sld" button and also Logical System (which I added in SLD).

Please help.

all you have to do is to refresh the SLD cache

from the manu in ID then the changes will appear

when you click on the BS in ID once more

Hi Rama,

I guess you do not have to delete the Business system.

All you have to do is go to ID and select you Business system and synchronize your BS with the SLD.
