SAP_BASIS_710_MISSING - No application profiles in system

We are getting the following issue after importing the content into the ESR on PI7.1

Has anyone come across this error before?

Details
No application profiles in system because the system
does not contain the software component version SAP
BASIS 710 (SAP_BASIS_710_MISSING)

can you try with ESR content from this page:

Support Packages and Patches

Search for Support Packages and Patches

Entry by Application Group

SAP Content

ESR Content (XI Content)

XI CONTENT SAP_BASIS

XI CONTENT SAP_BASIS 7.10

and download the appropriate for you release

remove the one you have and import the one from there ?

We deleted it out, reimported and it worked!

How strange though!
