Hi all,
Is it possible to create an outbound delivery document where 1 line item = multiple schedule lines from a PO? Here's my scenario:
1. I create a STO with ME21n from MRP purch req's
2. I can have for example 5 purch req's for 1 material to be shipped.
3. I take the 1st purch req and add it to the basket on PO line item
4. I then add the other 4 to the schedule line items (all of them have the same dates, only qty's and purch req numbers differ)
5. My item on PO line item level is then the total of all the purch req's I used.
6. When creating the outbound delivery now via VL10B, I get 5 line items.
Is there a way to combine these line items into 1 line? I got OSS note 500208 which give a program change, but is there not a setting to do this by plant and not for the whole system?
Kind regards,
Hein
Hi Lakshmipathi,
VL10E didn't work, but VL10F did!!
Thx a lot for directing me. Problem solved.
Cheers,
Hein

In VL10E, you have the option of selecting multiple schedule lines. Try that.
thanks
