Error while connecting wiht OSS1

Hi,

We are still using SAP 45b for one of the systems. And we are facing an issue while connecting to SAP Net. When I go to OSS1 -> 'Login to SAP Online Service System'. it gives the error as

"sapserv1 : route per mission denied ( 153.88.124.144 to 147.204.120.89 sapdp01 )".

I tried to add the same entry in saprouttab but still getting the error. Can anyone suggest me what could be the cause of it.

Best Regards,

Hussain.

Hai,

I guess you are using a wrong ip address to the market place.

Please check the SAP Note:17285.

In saprouttab use "P 147.204.2.5 153.88.124.144 3200" where 147.204.2.5 will be SAP ip address and

15.95.96.40 will be yours and the port.

Seems like your saprouttab entries are not correct.

please maintain your saprouttab as follows:

P <saperv1> <ip of your sap system> 3201

or

P <sapserv1> <ip of your sap system> 3201

The SAP Server ip's are as follows:

sapserv1 (194.117.106.129) connection via Internet VPN

sapserv2 (194.39.131.34) connection via Internet SNC

sapserv3 (147.204.2.5) for customers with connection to Germany

sapserv4 (204.79.199.2) for customers in America

sapserv5 (194.39.138.2) for customers with connection to Japan

sapserv6 (194.39.139.16) for customers in Australia and New Zealand

sapserv7 (194.39.134.35) for customers in Asia

Other details are in the following sap note:

Hi,

Even though your system is 4.5, but SAP has stopped the OSS1 connection from 2-APR-2006.

you won't be able to login using OSS1.

Instead of OSS1 use SAP Service Market place.
