Register Transport Requests in Task List

Hi Gurus,

Anybody use register transport requests in task list using tcode SCMA. This one available any transport requests created outside CHaRM to register in your task list. Its not working. Consider as ur.ge.nt and need your valuable information.

Hi,

Can you check whether the maintenance cycle is locked.

If so, Then right click the project track and Choose "Lock/Unlock Groups/Subsequent Groups".

Once you unlock, Then choose option "Create Transport Request"

and click on button "Execute" on the top row.

Once request is created, then choose option "Create Transport Request Task"

It works fine for me.

Hi Sanjai,

Thanks for your quick response. I am ble to create the transport request and task without any problem.

My question was before CHaRM given options to register transport requests which created outside CHaRM I mean our regular way not through CHaRM. When I go to TASK Level (Schedule Manager), able to execute the options Register Transport Requests but when I check nothing happened. Even I switched the CTS Project, so that can include the project name in the transport request and then I ran that options and again nothing.

So if anybody has done this, please help me on this.
