Cancellation of Good Receipt not taken into account

Hello Experts,

We have issues when reversing GR. The Reversal Document is created but this has no effect on the PO. Cancellation is done in eREQ but GR doesn't appear in Backend as reversed.

Cancellation cannot be seen in the history of PO and particularly user cannot enter the correct GR instead.

Could you please advise something regarding the issue?

I assume that you are confirming services, isn' it?

I am afraid that i am not a expert in confirming services, but may be this tips will help you.

Check in R3 for the GR inm tx_MIGO with movement 102.

Look in the forums for entries related to Reversal service GR.

Has this issue been addressed? When I do BBP_PD, the results dont reflect cancellation or reversal!!

Reversal Document is created with the same number as Entry Sheet:

5047047 Reversal Document created on 02.03.2009 Net value 4,700.00

5047047 Entry Sheet created on 20.10.2008 Net value 4,700.00

In BBP_PD only Reversal Document can be found. Status "Posted in the Backend".

There are no alerts in BBP_PD or in RZ20.

At the time of Reversal Document creation no idocs were sent.

Could you give more details about the issue?

Are the idocs sent and posted?

Have you checked in tx RZ20 open alers for confirmations?

Have you checked BBP_PD(BUS 2203) for potential alerts?

What message is confirmed while confirming?
