Hi,

I am looking for documentation on CIF that provide insight to the internal tables and structures used at R/3 and APO in mapping transaction and master data.

Hi,

SAP help has offered only the technical integration and Integration of Master & Transactional data in detail with the following link

In terms of mapping level, you can make use of an ABAPper to get the relevant tables and structures.

What you can do is ..you can search for the relevant exits ..generally /sapapocif in se37 and check the relevant structures...

for ex : - /sapapo/cifprod*inbound for the inbound logic in APO in getting the product data.
