SNP Heuristics deletes PP/DS orders and PIR's

Dear Experts,

We use a 4-day horizon for PP/DS and a 5-day horizon for SNP. Nevertheless, when standard location heuristic is run in SNP, PP/DS orders and Planned Independent Requirements are automatically deleted for first 4 days, working correctly from 5th day.

Any suggestions to avoid this effect??

Hi,

Heuristics should create Planned orders out 5 days, if this is happening then please check if the master data settings in SNP1 tab arte correctly defined. However PP/DS orders are firmed hence in no case be deleted. If that is happening please raise an OSS with SAP there may be some note which needs t be applied.

Which APO Version are you currently in ?

It should not happened in standard, please raise OSS message.
