SNP Background Alerts

Dear experts,

We have created an Alert Profile for background determination in SNP hourly. However, when Alert Monitor is opened in SNP, it shows no alerts, and it is necessary to execute different standard macros (one by one) to make alerts appear. Is there any way to omit macro execution to see the different alerts??

Hi Rafael,

Without macro execution also, it will be possible to execute alerts. When there are no alerts seen initially, I feel there is some setting missing in configuration. Please make use of the below link to check whether all your alert monitor settings are in place.

Hi

If you are seeing alert Hourly basis then run the programe /SAPAPO/READ_ALERTS_BATCH it will run the before alert Determination time.
