Hi,

i would add to all other comments:

get yourself a download of your preferred Oracle DB Version from Oracle's OTN Network (register for free):

http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/products/database/index.html

install it on your PC and WORK with it.

bye

Hi,

You need SAP installation for hands on with brtools. You can install trial version to check it out.

Hope this helps.

Hi,

it is not so complex.

1st you need to know the oracle concepts, otherwise you will not know the br*tools.

Then, read the manual.

Finally, use it.

You can use br*tools with a non SAP database. It has to be small and you have to set some environment variables to make it work.

But, if you use it without knowing what you are doing (knowing the oracle concepts) you will not learn anything

Just as a quick addition to Fidels comment: I've written a blog on the BR*Tools quite a while ago - maybe this helps to get a first start.

Hi,

The best way I found is to go on 5 days course at SAP. Check out the attached link for C_ADM51_70
