HI all,
when we are trying to start srm 5.0 on windows 2003 and sql server we are getting following error.Its a dual stack system.
"SAP-Basis System: Operating system call recv failed (error no. 10054)".

tried using that note but still the problem persists.
getting a new error "SAP-Basis System: Operating system call gethostbyname failed (error no. 11004)" checked out whether the user SAPJSF is locked .But it is not locked .what else can be done can anybody please help me .
check the entry for the host in hosts file in <drive:>\windows\system32\drivers\etc.
