XI to FAX

Hi

We are sending FAX from XI thru Mail adapter with the following TO attribute.

"/Name=XXX/com=Vendor Company /Fax=YYYYYY/"<faxserver@company.com>

Fax is receving the message, but throwing the error saying

"Imaging error encountered, fax abandoned (From: DEFAULT To: XXX @ YYYYYY Error: Problem converting body)

Dont know what config we are missing.

Hi,

Try to use 'XIALL' instead of 'XIPAYLOAD' in your mail receiver channel to make your RightFax server stop throwing error and tell me if it works

Thanks for that. It worked. Am recieving the fax. But one more problem. I am sending a PDF as attachment. It is not printing the PDF, instead it is printing some junk values. I guess it is not doing any conversion of that PDF.
