Please check the example which I have given for the following topics are correct.
Vendor - A
Customer- B
Quantity Contract - A agrees to supply B 10,000 cement bags every first week of a month for a year. B agrees to buy it on irrespective of the market price.
Value Contract - A agrees to supply a fish to B evey day @ Rs:90, on irrespective of the market price.
Service Contracts - A has supplied a Printing machine to B and agreed to service that machine for every month a year in free of cost, but A wil charge for the damaged parts of that machine if B wants to replace it.
Please give an example of a Master contract and Please do leave some comments on the above examples. Thank you.
