monthwise projects

Dear all,

This is req for Marketing dept.

In any standard report can I show to market dept monthwise projects or year wise projects.

For ex:

It should show in graph.

Jan-09,u2026u2026..feb-09u2026u2026march-09.

use any PS report wherever the dynamic selection by dates is allowed should solve your issue

As Virendra told, Dynemica selection is available in most of the PS report for ex Run CN41 --> click on 4th button from left side ( or Shift+F4 ) >Dynamic selection window will open.>Click on submenu " date on Defination" --> docuble click on start date & finsh date resp. --> both will get displayed on right hand side. -->execute

Now giving the start date & finish date you can restric the selection of the data.

The same is true for MOst of the PS report where there is Dyanmic selection button is available. You can also your other filed for hte restriction.

For your question you should use txn CJI3 / Cji5 etc.

Actually i had tryied in same procedure.....

But it si snot picking.

now agin tryied....Performence assistant....showing as set controlling area.

Im not able to see in Extra/Eniv....(set controlling area)

Previously i have solved same issue...bt now..its going towards neagtive

Ok ! leave the dynamic selection. There are std reports in PS where you can get bi furcation via year & period this you can use teh same check hierachical / Cost element reports.

All the the Hierarchical report you will able to get the same click on Value / Year & period filed on the left hand side the report will get adjusted accordingly.
