Statist User Logon Number

Dears:

If you use this report RSSTAT30 before? Now i have a problem when i run this report, i am not sure the Cumul.users data show me is the average logon users number of today or the Max logon users number of today.

By the way, is there any way or report can check the max logon users number of each day or each month?

Cumul.users means users that have been on the system no matter if they logged in once or 10 times...
