Approver not able to chage Goods Recipient

Hi,

When approver trying to change Goods Recipient, the system is giving error:

1. No Contact person found.

2. No address found for partner type Goods Recipient.

3. Not Possible to calclate tax.

I don't understand why this error are coming. is it possible to chage?

Make sure that the approver user is existing in the Organization structure. Also check the consistency of the user from USERS_GEN. And integrade using BBP_BP_OM_INTEGRATE. If the approver be given ability to change the Good Reciept provide authorization of role:SAP_BBP_STAL_RECIPIENT

Hi Ravi

Whenever you create a cart , the partner function would have created for good recipient. check it up.

you can check partner function via bbp_pd or crmd_partner table. Are you adding any new person as a good recipient. does he is BP of SRM .check it up.
