RFC connection Problem (Angeline)

Hi, I am Angeline

I am using ECC6 and having some problem in connection I guess

In local area network, server and all other workstatuion is working fine, and connected with server, in Remote side also connected with GUI for BI 7.0 no problem....

but when try BEx query analyser I got this messages:

I was using XP excel, someone said try Excel 2003, I tried that but same problem, user profile has SAP_NEW and SAP_ALL

I already opend router ports messages server, Gateway and dispture....

Remember thats connect with BI server no problem but only BEx query analyser...

Also I reinstall SAP GUI 7. and patch level is 7. as well

No firewall and no security there...

Please please please hlep me

Hi,

I think that you are working in a Software Company and trying to connect to a SAP Server in your client network

We had the same situation and we deployed the following note. It resolved the situation

Note 447882 - RFC_ERROR_COMMUNICATION BEx Analyzer: no back end connection

Thanks a lot for give me that informaiton; I like that hheheheeh

but the problem has been resolved by the Notes: 148832 - IP address conversion with a firewall

just changed one paramater in instance profile...

Hi,

Enter the string in the Server Host Name: /H/SAPRouter/H/Server example: /H/10.0.0.1/H/192.168.0.1 this would eliminate the issue.
