Forecast KF row not editable

The Forecast KF row in planning Book is not editable. How to make it editable? Is this something controlled by user authorization?

Hi Senthil,

Thanks for the reply. But the /SAPAPO/SDPUSET t-code only hides the KF. We are not able to make the row editable by this settings.

Is any setting done in SPRO?

Can you check if, In the Planning Book Design --> In the Dataview section, Check if it is input possible, if so, next go to the Design mode of Planning book, right click on the KF ? Selected Rows> and make it INPUT/OUT. Save the settings and go back to see if you can edit the KF.

Hi there,

You can do this by adding one default macro for ATTRIBUTES of the Forecast Keyfigure. function CELL_INPUT (1)

0 is display , 1 is editable. Check details on the link provided below.

Goto transaction /SAPAPO/SDP8B -> Enter the Planning book -> select the Data View -> Press 'Edit' -> This will give you the planning book layout. The kreyfigures not editable are in grey. -> Now, right click on the desired keyfigure -> Selected Rows -> click 'Input/Output'

This will make your keyfigure open for input & output as well. Thus, your keyfigure will be editable.

Hi Siddarth,

Please check with /SAPAPO/SDPUSET - (User Settings for Interactive Planning ) t-code. This can be controlled also using Roles and authorisations through basis.
