Impact of upgrade on script and smartforms

We are planning an upgrade from 4.7 to ECC 6. Would like to know what would be the impact on std and customized sap script and smartforms.

Basically all the forms need to be tested for the layout and the data.

Also, it needs to be check that any programs is updated to Adobe instead of old forms. Basically this situation will come in Payroll forms.

1) Is there any impact of upgrade on local language sap script or smartforms?

2) How does one know whether a sap script or a form is global or local?

3) How does one know whether a sap script or form is in 1 language or multiple languages?

For Language thisng I will suggest to check with Business Owners as there should be a list of objects in use and not in use need to be developes as the part of TO-BE & AS-IS processses.

As for forms, they need to be tested for each and every thing.

Current upgrade trends denotes VANILLA-OUT-OF-THE-BOX concepts. This means upgrade with minimal/no changes.
