Error in Shipment

Dear All,

I am getting error in shipment for calculating Shipment cost i.e. "Item not created because service agent not in reference document" and "Shipment Costs not saved because they contain no items". I have assigned partner determination procedure to replenishment delivery type and entering service agent manually and saved the settings regarding Scale ID.

I have done settings related to Shipment Cost document and pricing.

Kindly give me solution.

The problem has been solved by settings in Shipment cost item category.

Dear Anand,

Check in these areas,

Go to your shipment document

Check have maintained service agent in your shipment document at Carrier field or not.

Check the check box of ShpmntCostRel. in Shipment Cost Cal tab it should be checked.

Check the procedure is maintained in Procedure field under Shipment Cost Cal tab.

Check Shipment Cost Cal field If it is not relevant then check the configuration settings

Spro>IMG>logistics execution>Transportation>Shipment Costs-->Shipment Cost

-->DocumentShipment Cost Types and Item Categories

-->Shipment Cost Relevance and Default for Shipment Cost Type
