Tablespace Layout Preparation for System Upgrade

Hello,

have got an 4.7 HR System on AIX 5.3 with Oracle 9.2.0.7 that has the new SAP Tablespace layout, but the release dependend tablespace is empty:

I have done a test upgrade to Oracle 10.2.0.2 and ERP 6.0 on a copy of that system. The upgrade was fine, but all table conversions are done in PSAPDAT and no PSAPDAT700 was necessary.

My question is: Which release dependend objects do normally belong to PSAP<SID>620? I would like to migrate them before the upgrade so that the upgrade puts the new tables to PSAP<SID>700.

Thanks in advance

Christian

You don't need to do that now.

PREPARE will check the number of support packages and langauges you BIND and will then suggest to create a new tablespace with the appropriate size.
