Hi Experts
1)when create a sales order client want flexibility for discount condition type
like 10% ,15% , 20% it should not be manual and end user can choose from drop down and
2) If they want to give excess discount there should be authorization any supervisor can give excess discount

Well, this requirement is unusual but sounds reasonable...
1. You can't have a "drop-down list" for variable value of a condition type.
2. Alternative, you could define different condition types for different "discount level", make condition value can only maintain in VK12 but not changeable in VA01 by configuration (disadvantage: every time you have new "discount level", you have to add a new condition type);
Or, you could use another field (e.g. price group) to get different condition records for one condition type of discount (by configuration), you may maintain the value of "price group" as 10%, 15%, 20% etc. User can change its value in sales order and "Update" the discount on condition tab.
3. SAP doesn't make auth. check for condition types in sales order processing, if you make a condition type "manually changeable" and want to have auth. control on it, refer to note 105621.
