Workflow Notification into Personal/Official Email Address

I can not able to get notification into my personal/official email address.

in trasaction SCOT :-

Node-Node

SMTP

INT

is maintaned and while I am going to test in SCOT only with details as below:-

it gives error as"can not process message, no route form mysapid to myemail address is maintained.

kindly suggest what settings are required

Did you see mails in SOST tcode with Green or red?

I already go through transaction SOST, its having-106 entries all with red mark.

.Please check with your basis consultant connection between your mail server and sap server . He might to do some testing .Ask basis person whether mail smtp port is open or not.
