Deemed Exports with ARE-1 raised against CT-1

Hi,

I have a typical situation wherein CT-1 form is given by the deemed exporter and against a deemed export invoice raised alongwith an ARE-1.

I am able to create an ARE-1 but not able to assign it with CT-1 bond as in ARE-1 it allows only and Excise Irrevocable Bond/ LOU only which are meant for direct exports.

I have gone through all the relevant threads but am not able to get any solutions on this.

Request people who have come accross this scenario to help me on this.

hi

this is the classical case of merchant exports

where the client will be receiving the customer's CT1 and ARE1 of customer (in my case) my client doesn't prepare any ARE1

just tell us whether you have to prepare ARE1 with reference to CT1

In this case my client recieves a CT-1 from the exporter and prepares the ARE-1 with reference to it.

i hope this can be achieved by creating a bond in J1IBN01 for that CT1 and the same can be referenced while preparing ARE1 in t code J1IA102
