Hello,

There is a certain form in Smartforms and we have recently transfered from the test to the productive system. altough everything including styles etc are the same, in the productive system a window does not print in the style we want. On the test system the output is ok. i have compared the windows, styles, device types etc but could not find any difference. Where should i check?

Thx in advance,

Ali

Hi,

Check for the conditions provided in the Condition Tab of the window.

Hi,

Everything is the same. As i have said we have already transported from the test to the productive system so theoratically there can not be a difference.

Ali

Hi Ali,

I have faced the same issue once transporting a SF to production system.

Do ensure if the smartstyle is created then it is moved ahead of the smartform to the production system and then transport the SF to the production system.

This would help you get the desired output.

Thanks,
