Amount Column is Grayout in TK11 T-code

Dear All,

I am facing problem in T-code TK11. I am maintaining condition table on Sevice Agent/Depart.Zone/Destin Zone and Service agent/Tariffzone of dep/TariffZone of Dest. But when I try to create condition record then amount column is grayout and because of this I am not able to enter shipment cost amount.

Kindly give me solution that how can I enter shipment cost in shipment document.

hi,

to maintain the amount follow following steps.

maintain freight class and unit and enter.

then select the line and click on scales,

Here select scale ID and enter.

Here you can maintain the amount.

I am able to enter amount now through Scales.
