Dear Fnds,

Iam new to CS.i created Service product with Material type (DIEN)-161.

i created Repair order for the X material....n i did Return delivery ..later while iam updating in Sales order ..

iam getting "No entry for plant ERP1, service object 01 000000000000000161 in table T399A".

Finally,system is not generating any Service Order for this.

Please give me solution on this.

Hi venky,

Use T. Code: OISD

Maintain entries for the service material in order to generate the service order automatically.

Dear Swamy,

Thanks a lot for your suggestion.i solved my task..

n when iam doing the Item proposal in my sales order ....the 2nd line item should come automatically...this item is not getting in SO.

When iam doing IW31..iam not able to see cost...even i entered in operation tab like Hours Etc..

Please help me out in this swamy.I assigned full points...please address the above points.
