Regarding Rebate

Hi Gurus,

I am working on rebate. When I am trying to make partial settlement of Rebate, I have following message,

" * Function not possible: There are open documents relevent for accruls* ".

Kindly guide me.

In Trans.code VBOF it does not display any documents.It shows "List contains no data"

Hi Hemu,

Kindly run the report "RV15B002" which shows if there are any accruals and if the sales voulme of the agreement is current or not. If you see the message"sales volume of the agreement is not current", use "OVB3" and index the documents and noe run the report "SDBONT06"(VBOF-TRANSACTION) and update the billing documents. This should resolve the problem.

Hi,

that means ur agreement has not been updated with all the accruals like below

1. open documents which were not updated due to some problem

2. open document due to validity period changes and not updated by running programme SDBONT06

3. retro effectiveness of billing jdoucment were not updated to agreement due to programme SDBONT06

4. in VBOF run the above programme and check all the billing documents were updated or not.
